More Trees

New tree species I have learned:
Catalpa (introduced as a garden tree)
Sycamore
Quaking Aspen
Bigtooth Aspen
Red Birch

The last was something I had assumed was a mutant Yellow Birch, so it was good to figure that out.  The few around here are far from their natural range, which is the American Southeast.  What Tua's family call "Poplars" are actually at

I love Aspen. They are amazing, and amazingly old. Sometimes I'd like to view the world from a perspective that an Aspen colony might have.
