I'm a little nervous, too. I've been reading recent reports from the lives and it sounds like some people are absolutely insane (trying to start fights, being inconsiderate to other fans, etc), but I think we'll be okay. :)

On Wednesday evening (since I leave for LA on Thursday and won't have time) I'll e-mail you my cell phone number. I'm planning on getting in line pretty early on the 23rd, so you can call me anytime during the day! Also, you can just hop on in line with me (I normally don't condone cutting in line, but ONE person isn't terrible... it's when people let like, 15 people cut in front of them that bothers me). I'm planning to bring my lap-top with me and I'll probably watch The Code of Vulgarism DVD sometime in the afternoon. :D

same here! i've been reading reports with the same contents too: inconsiderate people, insane crowd... etc.

yay! ^_^

btw, do you know what time the concert ends? and i want to know, if carrying large backpacks inside the venue can impede anyone from moving? i actually want to bring with me my shoulder bag, but it doesn't have zippers on it, and i'm afraid that i might lose some contents inside if i decided to use it. i know this is silly... :p

I think it should end between 10:30 and 11 (assuming there aren't any delays or anything). I'm really not sure about the backpack thing. I know that last year they told us we weren't allowed to bring any bags with us (I think small purses were OK, though). What do you need to bring with you? I'm planning on bringing a bag with me in line so I can have things to keep myself occupied and sustained throughout the day, but about an hour before the doors open I'm going to put it back in my hotel room. I can put yours with mine also if you want.

i hope there aren't any delays... hmmm. actually i'm planning on bringing an extra shirt and bottled water in case i get thirsty. i'm not used to go out without a bag. LOL and i don't own any purse.

and i'm actually thinking of wearing the backpack in front of me, to arm myself from rabid fans. LOL XD
