things I am thankful for..
this year is the first year in (6?) that my mom is makin the thanksgiving turkey.
i am so happy. my grandma makes one awful brid, and potatoes and everything that goes with it.
But, if I remember correctly, my mom makes a kick ass thanksgiving! And everything will be supurb!
I have to make my crandberry sauce and also my entry for the stuffing competetion. I might make Justin's entry for the competetion also, even if he doesnt compete I think it will be amusing to bring stove top! or a container from boston market..hehe
So tonight I have to go to whole foods and pick up chiorzo sausage, and cornbread, and hopefully they have polblanos also. And I am trying to think of a creative way to present my stuffing. So I might actually bake my stuffing the the polblanos (like chille relanos but with stuffing inside)and display them on a platter and decorate with big tropical looking flowers!
I really dont like thanksgiving much. but the stuffing competetion makes it tolerable :)
