Old skool jrock!
My pc's DVD drive is finally resurrected and so to celebrate the birth of my new phone *and new memory card* I had a great time updating my phone with old skool jrock mp3s which I had burned into my precious CD collection!!! I dunno if it is safe to back up in CDs... what if the CDs decided to die on me?? Maybe I need a portable hard disk to store my massive jrock image and mp3 collection... but that's not safe too... ahahhahah enough nonsense... okay so I loaded old songs from Lunasea, Miyavi, MUCC and my all time fave band, L'arc~en~ciel. Yup, the band that introduces me to Jrock and Jpop is Laruku back in 1998. Then I started watching J-doramas and then there was NAPSTER and I started to listen to more Jrock bands. The band I've been following through their career was definitely Dir en grey. From their visual kei *bad hair* days till now. That's why this blog is also named after the members!! Hohoho I am so lame at creating user IDs and I can't decide which member I loved best cos I love all of them the same... *love Die slightly more then the rest!* So anyway, been listening to MUCC's old song like ware Arubeki Basho *niiiiiiiceeee* and Akatsuki Yami... I think their old songs are superb yo... and Diru's ballads... sigh... the 1 hour trip to work on the bus is kinda my personal blissful jrock listening and dreaming time... that's the motivation for me to get up and go to work... wohohoh cos I can't listen to jrock in my room or my sistahs will kick me out/threaten to delete my jrock collections... yah... I can't seem to convert my 2 sistahs to jrock junkies... they are both Jpop and Kpop junkies and pop moosik junkies!! In fact, me is the one who got converted to pop junkies *and screaming fangirl* after being introduced to The Jonas Brothers. Yah... it's 2 against 1. I lost badly.
