They Just Shake and try to Break Whatever Peace I may Find.

Yesterday was... an interesting cacophony of emotions. I felt extremely tired and unmotivated during the day, when I was in school trying to complete my Studio Lighting assignment. The key word here is 'trying'. And fuck, sometimes I just feel like strangling people. Long story short, we (me and my group mates) were supposed to take TWO PHOTOS. Yes, TWO. And we haven't even gotten ONE. Because some ugly-ass freaks decided to leave four lights and lots of other equipment we needed in ANOTHER studio, then CHAIN UP AND PADLOCK the studio doors.

It's a wonder how human beings can exhibit such asinine behaviour. Really. It truly is a bloody wonder.

Well, things started to get better when I got home. My family and I went out to celebrate mothers' day with my uncle and his family at Cafe 2000, M Hotel. I'm really quite fond of some of the food there :) I think I ate more than a dozen pieces of salmon sashimi. And the green tea ice cream there is pure, unadulterated BLISS. My mom seems to really like the photo booklet I made her, and for once in a while, I felt a proper mother-daughter bond between us. I think I should try to spend more time with her haha.

When we got home from dinner, I sat with her and talked about our upcoming trip to Japan (WOOHOOOOO!!!!) and her previous trip to Japan. Japan, Japan, Japan. Oh, I love you Japan.

Where else can you find cartoons about bread? :D
Or singing and dancing tennis players?

I'm going to sell off the baby gerbils today... and meeting my mogu for lunch too! <3

...

I hate phlegm.

P.S.: I love people who're so appreciative of what I try to do for them :) twilightofgreece.blogspot.com/2010/05/when-i-say-thank-you-very-much.html
