I guess I'm really full of double standards and crap. I mean, I admit to reading shoujo smut, h-doujins, and the occasional h-anime, but I was totally aghast when I saw a teaser pic from the new Harry Potter movie.
WTF is up with that? I know Harry and Cho kissed. I read the book. But my mind's image of a sweet, mostly chaste kiss was disrupted when I saw the pic. That was far from a sweet little kiss. They had their mouths open! With that sort of pic, you can expect some torrid tongue action happening there. I mean, it's a children's book, for crying out loud! Sure, it's gotten much much darker than the first book, and American young adult books do have teenagers having sex in them, but somehow, my mind just can't reconcile Harry Potter doing that with Cho.
Maybe with Draco...
