And so concludes the super busy long weekend. It certainly has been tiring, but extremely fruitful too!

Friday was a day spent happily with OG43! :D As usual, it was a mix of both good company and fun activities, making it an extremely fun and enjoyable day! (has it ever been not the case with OG43?) First we had band hero and TAYLOR SWIFT! <3 but I think due to my sickness or something my guitar skills were extremely cui so I kinda like gave up after a while. D: Then came Agricola, which I admit is very interesting and really gives my brain a good workout. Trying to balance all the resources and still come out on top in terms of points is really taxing, and no surprises that Mogie the gay farmer won in the end, with an insurmountable 40 points.

Then we went Linus' house (for probably the last time) and just chillaxed around (which is what we do best at his house). And so that capped a enjoyable and relaxing holiday with probably my best friends. :D

Youths Give Back! on Saturday and Sunday were very tiring (much much more tiring on Sunday), but seeing all the canned food and dried rations piled up in the boxes, in their packs, in the kitchen gives me a huge sense of satisfaction. Many thanks to lifern for being such a great partner, which made my 10 hours of booth work on Sunday so much more fun and enjoyable. (: And thanks a lot also to the volunteers for the last shift on Sunday: Wee Kian, Tzin Wai, Jing Jie, Wei Chang and Charlton! You guys really made our last shift much more relaxing. (: And of course thanks so much to all the OC members in YGB who have worked tirelessly and dedicated so much to the project. Really, $30000+ worth of collected food is nothing to scoff at! Just 2 more weeks and we can sit back and revel in the great work we have accomplished!

MAF was also on Saturday night, and it was great as usual. Had the chance to meet quite a number of people that I otherwise would not have met, like Jon Lee, Yisan, my various classmates, etc. Well, MAF, being MAF, was fun and nostalgic. It's really sad that so many of my other batchmates couldn't make it cos of the stupid AHM D: Somehow, the feeling of being at MAF is totally different when I was a student, and when I'm an alumni now. Of course, MAF really is for the alumni, and I finally understood much of the meaning of the songs, and the reason we have mass dances and all. Really, many lines from those wonderful HwaChong songs hit home in my heart, including "never will we ever forget all the times we spent in Hwa Chong ..." and "既然爱上了又为何不付出", and many others.

Really sad that I missed out on both Past Against Present (the frisbee version of PVP due to there being no frisbee in this year's PVP) and HCult's captain's ball team in the official PVP. D: Oh well, there is still many more MAFs to go (like at least 50 or 60 more, assuming life expectancy of 70+, lol), so ... looking forward to next year! (:

08S6N. HCGC. Whoa! <34. HCult. OG43. Hwa Chong! :D
