Monday evening
Relatively quiet day, workwise. I've decided I will commute on Wednesday and take advantage of our pre-Turkey early dismissal at 4pm. I'll plan to run-walk again on Thursday morning but it will likely be raining. I'll lift weights on my lunch break tomorrow ( Read more... ) -

Took my lunch break at 11am and couldn't stick with my previously planned 1:3 run:walk ratio, that felt too slow! Instead after warming up by walking for 3 minutes, I began a 1:1 run:walk ratio. Got out of bed at 4:45am to drive T to BWI for his flight to Seattle. He'll return in nine days, so I get some more Time to Self before we settle into full-time T.
