punk gamer Bug
I enjoyed Frostpunk a lot more than Cyberpunk, first because it actually worked out of the "box", whereas Cyberpunk was hopelessly buggy from the first scene. Second because Frostpunk is more of a top-down strategy game than a shooter. Dishonored is another punk genre game that I tried but never finished, it's a stealth action mystery.
There are a LOT of video games I try and never finish. Sometimes intentionally so, as with all the Bethesda RPGs, where I typically go off on my own path and ignore the main quest. The only Fallout game I ever finished was New Vegas, which wasn't written by Bethesda, but licensed to Obsidian (who wrote Tyranny, another game I actually finished). Even some of my favorite games I never finished.
I want to try Frostpunk again and see whether I can keep improving.
I also purchased the Frostpunk board game, which looks like a monster co-op, but perhaps more relatable than Hegemony, which I never did schedule a day to play with friends, because work stress started eating my weekends. I plan to unpack it this coming weekend while T & B are traveling.
