Bug Day Gamification!
OK, I ran, I did most of the chores, have a load of laundry in the dryer I'll need to fold when it is done. And some pans soaking in the sink to wash later.
Then brushed teeth, showered, and started playing a new game, a Dice/Butt game of my own invention, we'll see how it goes. If I like it I'll post the rules. Not that any of you would play along LOL.
Obvi haven't left the Internet yet.
I updated my Gloomhaven digital game on my laptop, might play that tomorrow. And there are the zillions of games on the Xbox downstairs.
Not yet feeling like scheduling additional socializing beyond T's arrival on Tuesday -- still don't know how long he'll be in town. B must be at his vision quest location because haven't heard from him since Thursday. It is weird being completely cut off from a person who I'm that close to, I can sympathize with his husband getting upset about it, but I have more practice letting people go and have embraced the relationship anarchist lifestyle. I am surprised B didn't give us a "sign off" text.
20 years ago I was much more uptight about being out of touch with people, especially T once we were in a relationship. I'd freak out if I didn't hear from him. He might be dead!!! Yes, he might. As B might be dead, yes, he might. But there's nothing I can do about it if he is. Especially from all these time zones away.
Oh, we're crashing into Daylight Savings Time tonight, suck!! Will make it more difficult to run before work until the morning sun catches up.
The pollen in the air is bugging my eyes, darn it.
