Compared to the version with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, it sounds quite boring and trivial.
Don't know, I think many, many years ago my former life once got to see that movie - and arlready the polit twist circulating them sounds better and more logic for the mess that comes out at the end.
In the movie version, they are officially a couple, but both are contact killers, eventually both ending up to receive the order to kill the other. - Not only that then it's quite fun to watch them fire with guns at each other in the kitchen and over the counter (depending on what humor you have...), it also seems logical why they do that.
I think...the plot itself received some twist at some point thenso that they came to needing to work together in order to survive "this trip".
Through this, ending up as quite a real couple then (not only one pretending to be one).
