Maids Monday
The trash/recycling were already on the curb when I woke soon after 7am -- I've been sleeping later because the sun is rising later.
I'd also already done most of the Maids Prep yesterday, so there wasn't much to do this morning other than collect the cats one by one and place them in the basement gym/pantry. They don't like being locked into only one room, of course, but it is best to keep them out of the way while the Maids are cleaning.
I also did almost all the other chores needed before I fly away tomorrow, except for daily stuff and packing.
My telework day starts at 9:30am. I need to continue preparing for my Wednesday presentation, and I have one other meeting on my schedule to prep for.
I expect to go running either during a break today or tomorrow morning. I may also lift weights before I leave tomorrow. When I return my highest work priority will be studying for and taking a final exam for a work-related class. After that I'll be able to embrace the Holiday Season.
Unless the Maids arrive here very soon -- they generally arrive any time between 8am and 3pm -- I will take a quick shower before my work day and then settle down at my desk to mainly prep for the trip, while also starting to pack. I will want to have finished all packing and chores except daily chores before I go to bed tonight. Then tomorrow I'll do the Tuesday dailys and set out enough food and water for the cats for two days and bomb the hot tub. Then I'll be ready to go.
I'll wear a mask at the airport and on the plane. Let's hope I don't catch anything while traveling.

Oh, T approved our having another Christmas Eve party, so if you'll be in town with nothing to do, join us at the house in the evening on the 24th.
My Bug Family Christmas will be on the 30th. I probably won't do anything in particular for New Year's Eve, I may even spend it alone at the condo.
