fully updated laptop -- still broken
I didn't expect that updating the OS would fix my new laptop, but I had to give it a try before heading down the warranty repair path.
I did hear back from Ben, but he's going to sleep, so no phone call tonight. He said let's talk tomorrow.
Portland time, jet lag, people here are going to bed now!
And I can't play Civ 5 until I get sleepy because my laptop is broken.
I'll try a different game :-)
