phone Bug
I did talk with K, and then with B, each on the phone. That helped to ease me into being back at the house by myself. I wanted to talk with T also, but he's traveling today for work and I'm not sure of his circumstances. I know he had a connection here in DC, and a problem with his rental car reservation going poof at his final destination. I'll catch up with him later. I also texted Ben, but he may have already gone to bed by then.
K is planning to visit again in both September and January, and I hope to go back to Portland later this year also, maybe around Veterans Day? We're trying to visit the other every few months.
And K said we could talk on the phone every day if I wanted, he said it's no big deal, just talk whenever I want :-)
B talks with his husband on the phone every night. I don't have a husband, but I could do more of that kind of regular checking in with people, especially when I have the house to myself.
I'm seeing a concert with B this weekend. The following weekend T returns, and David NYC visits. Life continues onward, Bug.
