OK, it's lights out, T needs to get up early tomorrow to drive to the airport.

I had a normal commute after prepping for Maids. Came home, cooked a Blue Apron for dinner, no alcohol tonight. My foot was hurting? After lots of walking today, I usually walk a lot on a commute day. I changed shoes -- that often fixes a painful foot, it simply needs a different surface to react to, then it calmed down after I was no longer on my feet in the kitchen. Feels fine now.

I want to run three times this week! I'm feeling "fat" after eating more then I normally do while hanging out with K over the weekend. That's why no alcohol tonight. I'd like to focus on fitness during the next month before I go to Portland.

I'm probably teleworking until Friday, which means I could squeeze in some toy time tomorrow evening while skipping dinner without messing up my running schedule -- I want to run Tuesday, Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday. Lift weights at some point also, maybe during class on Thursday afternoon.

My motivation to run more is strong right now.

Has been nice seeing T, but both this week and next he's gone Tuesday-Thursday, then he drives away Friday of next week, for a month, so ... so very little T time ... and part of it I was spending with K, because only one weekend with K this trip ... but now I get two nights to myself.

Anyway ... looking forward to running tomorrow :-)
