in retrospect, I was starting to feel sick yesterday
That's why I felt so off yesterday, I was starting to feel sick with this stomach flu.
Sometimes when I get the stomach flu it first makes me feel super anxious and reminds me of when I was psychotic -- finally I figured out, shit I have a fever and I have diarrhea and my stomach is crippling me, I'm sick not anxious.
It wasn't making sense yesterday why I was feeling so tired and anxious at MAL, but now it does. I guess I was exposed to a stomach bug on Friday right off the bat.
oh well, I'm just resting in bed, slowly drinking gatorade, and watching comfort TV
