Now I'm having a late lunch in my sunny hotel room: a free tuna wrap with small pasta salad provided to those attending the conference (also a pack of nuts and a brownie, both of which I'll save for when I wake at 2am tomorrow). Then I'll go searching for a wine bar in downtown Beverly Hills.
I managed the prep for this pretty well compared to previous years, and I feel good about how it went. T averted a clothing disaster by advising me to wear my khakis with my suit coat, that worked very well. Although I spent 30 minutes fussing with a half-windsor knot because I wanted my tie to look perfect.
Celebrate!

Long day of traveling home tomorrow (but more relaxed about it), then my Saturday to Self (with new laptop)(and toys), then DavidS on Sunday!
