i do a lot of texting with a lot of people LOL
when I play with toys, I'm usually also texting a lot with a lot of people LOL, which is part of the context of why it is so unusual for me to have somebody who doesn't text like that in my life
I don't use Facebook, I don't use Twitter as a "social" medium, ditto for Reddit, my main socializing when I'm not there with you in person is texting, I had to create my own texting tribe after I left Facebook 6 years ago, I've had to work at it to build my own social alternative,
so, to admit somebody into my life who isn't going to do that with me, is challenging,
but our in-person dates are so wonderful ... I'm still willing to try to adapt ...
