This itchy MPX intradermal blister-whatever is the size of a quarter now and still growing -- I need a larger bandaid. As Public Health Friend replied to me, "At least you know this method is working."
Yes, I'm ready to face smallpox should it return from extinction somehow. Spray me down with your smallpox, I'll survive.

Ordered DoorDash for dinner for the three of us, and they had some sort of glitch in the system where they "couldn't find a driver" but wouldn't let us cancel the order ... I became irate ... talked to a chatbot that fixed it and gave me $25 credit. The food arrived promptly afterward.
Was from a restaurant I haven't tried before, and as I was about to take a bite, B warned me, "That's spicy," but it was sooooo spicy I momentarily couldn't breathe. "Spicy" isn't the word. "Volcanic", maybe. Then I was ready for the second bite, and it tasted great, but my entire head was soaked-sweaty before long. So good. But the description for the dish on the menu didn't mention spice at all, it sounded like a creamy pasta dish.

I hope I can sleep with this still-growing itchy blister on my arm. It's too soon to take an antihistamine or anti-inflammatory, I need to let the immune response do its thing. If the terrorists release smallpox into DC's Metro system, I'm ready to keep continuity of government operating while the rest of you hide at home or die LOL.
