So K gets some time to himself at the condo.
According to the scientific literature I've read, I must be near the end of my contagiousness. They say 14 days after symptoms is the outside limit for detecting virus in people with normal immune systems. WHO still goes by 14 days after symptoms, unlike the UK & US. My unmistakeable symptoms started 13 days ago.
If I'd simply followed the WHO guidelines, I'd have known to isolate until Monday anyway. It was the US and UK guidelines (10 days) that gave me hope I'd be OK to hang out with K today. I'm now officially concerned that anybody who is not isolating for 14 days is going back out into the world while still infectious. The new CDC guideline of 5 days is laughable.

OK, so another Saturday at the house. I'll do dishes, clean up the kitchen. Do some yoga. Take a shower. Then I might cook lunch for the two of us -- T is going to continue isolating with me until I test negative also, although really I'd rather he didn't, I'd rather have time to myself at the house. After lunch I will try my best to enjoy a day of leisure. Maybe I'll even try some stealth toy play, wearing butt plugs under my pants :o)
It sounds like next week K will be busy with work through Wednesday. I was planning on taking Thursday and Friday off to maximize time with him next weekend. So -- assuming his flight isn't canceled and that he doesn't get sick in the meantime, we'll have some good time together next week. Even if he does get sick, I could still visit him because I'll be immune for a few months.
k,
home not alone,
