explosively busy work week
This work week became so fucking busy! I woke at 3am this morning, suddenly realizing that I had yet one more deadline today that I'd forgotten about, shit. Plus refinancing the mortgage, lots of emails with the credit union and conversations with T about that today, and getting my car serviced yesterday. But I still wrapped everything up by 3pm and headed to the condo -- T couldn't wait for me to leave, he was desperate for a night to self before B shows up at the house tomorrow. It's weird how T has become more introverted THAN ME, but it could be the working from home with me there all the time, I know I need time away from him also. Though I think we're getting along well, I think living through Quarantine together forced us to figure out how to get along, despite all the issues he has had with me. And the money issue, which is what drives me nuts, is quiet these days. He's regularly one month behind from my point of view, but not falling further behind, so I'm cool. Apparently he thinks he's caught up -- one month behind is kinda normal in T-World.
So, two nights to self here at the condo! I am starting to chat with people on Grindr, and I am starting to make plans to host social events myself, such as a Summer Game Day at the house for our fully-vaccinated friends in late July or early August, but this weekend I've got nada happening. Sir Ben is outta town. But that's OK because next weekend I'm seeing Sir Ben on Friday and then Sir Zero arrives on Saturday for 10 days! I won't have Time to Self at the condo for a couple weekends after this one, so -- Bug is grabbing Time to Self now :-)
Although ... maybe I'll make a date to meet somebody new tomorrow, who knows ... I'm getting more attention on Grindr than I expected, even with a random pic that I don't consider my best, I'll probably do a new pic this weekend. I think I look better in the mirror here than the pic I posted. Though, I want to lose weight now that I'm "back on the market" LOL. It's tough for me to embrace the Greying Ginger Muscle Bear look that I actually have, I want to be skinnier. More muscular from the basement gym than I've been since before we bought the house, back when I had a personal trainer LOL.
Toys & intoxication & porn are on the agenda for tonight, along with occasional Grindr flirting. I do want to meet some of these fellas, but it's a slow habituation process after being Quarantined for so long.
