I guess this is my new socializing standard for now?
For now, based on the past two Friday evenings, we can see that I'm willing to socialize with people I already know who I can trust to have been fully vaccinated. Beyond that, I'm not ready yet.
The guy who wants to hookup with me this afternoon is admittedly not fully vaccinated yet (though he's in the middle of becoming so), I don't even know his last name, he's moving away next weekend, nope.
For now I'll stick to this standard -- I already know you and I know you well enough that if you say you've been fully vaccinated I believe you.
Perhaps I'll open the COVID door more widely later. This is on top of my long-term standards about STDs, condoms, and barebacking. If wearing a condom is a problem for you, if you're going to pester me about barebacking after hearing my position on it, then go away and fuck somebody else, there's plenty of guys willing to do that with strangers, go have fun with them. But if you're willing to wear a condom, and we end up becoming regulars (like Sir Ben or Sir Zero), then we can discuss further.
OK, I ripped off that Band-Aid, I hate canceling on people, even when I don't know their last name. That's that. Time to Self at the condo this afternoon.

And, damn it, I shouldn't have run on my knee, it's basically like what I had when we visited Iceland, I'm just gonna be limping for a couple weeks and I have to get used to that. Damn it. I want to burn calories! And T made pancakes for breakfast for us, LOL.
