I have introduced them to Arashi XD Only one of them became a casual Arashi fan. The rest are indifferent towards Arashi, lol. I talk a lot about Arashi though so at least they are accepting of my craziness. I actually am the one in charge of finding the videos for the contest all the time, so that's why it's usually Arashi films/sps XD We have done a similar project with Gantz, Tokujo Kabachi, and Bartender. Unfortunately those vids are lost.

Aw, how are your family with Arashi at least? Even if not Arashi related, do you at least do something on holidays like New Years?

Hm...I think this tradition came about because I have so many siblings and we are the ones who usually plan our own holidays, especially now that most of us are older and driving around. I think I'm fortunate.

Just recently, because I was craving for more Arashi fan-related stuff, I went on YT to look for Arashi fanvids actually. It shocked me how little there were. Unfortunately I do not know Japanese so I can't look up with text that I don't know. Sometimes I find those vids through related videos only, sadly. I wish there were more shipping and OTP videos too! (that isn't all just photos and bg music) If you have favorite videos please recc them to me! :)

lol, it's better than my family :D They know Arashi and when saw their picture in my phone my mom knew which one is Nino (since my fav is Nino and have shown her Nino's photo before). She will just said, "I like this one (Jun) than Nino. Nino has a thin lips, he's chatty". (I don't know why but for my mother thin lips means chatty)
And my sis sometimes sang along since I play their song a lot in a car, she knows Jun from Hanadan and Nino because I like him but don't know the other three.

That's too bad! I'd love to watch the other projects.

My family basically did nothing on holiday. On New year, this past few years I spent it with my friend watching Kouhaku. If not, will just lae a round at home. My mom do not like going around at holiday since there will be traffic.

Yes, maybe because mostly has been deleted or keep private for obvious reason. The one mostly going around are, like you said, photos with bgm, or sometimes with text. I found this a lot from Japan fans (they named it with their colors sometimes and their pairing name in Japanese). I want to see more fanvids too since the one I like is too little, do not reach 5 vids!

Really like the matsumiya one, but I can't find other good Matsumiya fanvids.
