Football and Arashi clash! Woohoo! I have not been on LJ (and updated with Arashi) for a while so I missed this exciting episode. Unfortunately, I only came upon this episode when I was jamming Ucchi's name into my search engine and not the other way around. I have to be grateful that this episode aired on the 20th otherwise I would have pulled my hair out waiting for it come out. Usually I want Arashi to shine and win (I was so happy last time when Sho and Jun got in those PKs), but this time I was on Ucchi's side, lol. He had only himself, plus he's a professional and I'm more biased this time. I chuckled at the irony when Sho and Jun asked for another round during the football volley, just like how Kawashima did the other time, and I guess that was the whole point of it. Now Ucchi can tell Kawashima that he's avenged him. Ohno (Arashi) was pure entertainment. Arashi loves pairing their leader up with other men,

but sorry Oh-chan, even though I love shipping my favorites together, Ucchi is already taken by a whole list of people that I approve of (Kawashima and Yoshida for a start ;D).
My opinion I have to express: there are people who dislike athletes coming on these shows because they believe it's not a place where they belong, that athletes should only be training and working their butt off where they should be, but I disagree. I think it is refreshing to see these sides of these people. And I even give them props for cramming these things in during off season, even though right now I know Ucchi must be pushing himself somewhere trying his best at what he does. I just watched Schalke's (the club Ucchi plays for) friendly match against Besiktas streaming live this past Sunday so I know. Ucchi is most likely out of Japan training with Schalke for their next friendly tomorrow. Goodluck Ucchi and hope you find your form and a starting position in both your club and the NT during the new season! And stay classy Arashi. xD
