(no subject)
I'm in a better mood than usual, even though it's been thundering and I am afraid to go swimming. I had planned on swimming every day now that it is open to try and lose some weight. Oh well. I'm totally broke again, but I have been able to borrow some money for gas and oil so I can go to the party on the 4th in Athens. My old landlord called yesterday, but he forgot his key to the old apartment. Now I have to wait on him to get last month's rent and the deposits back so I can pay my rent when my roomates/landlord get back from Rhode Island. It may take him till this weekend before he gets around to it now, as he lives 50+ miles away on the south side of Atlanta.
I'll be waiting until next paycheck to (hopefully) buy a Dremel to cut out my PC case for some fans to help with the heat problem before I can upgrade to a faster processor and actually run some of the programs I've had for a good long while. I may be looking into a new monitor after that, as this one is driving me crazy with the color constantly going wierd and it rolling alot.
Haven't played dominoes since my rommies left on vacation. We used to play 3 or so games a night. (best 2 out of 3, or each of us winning one usually.) They took the set of dominoes we normally play with (monitor just went black as I am typing this blindly now) but I still have my set in the car. I had fun a few weeks ago going to a late showing of Minority Report with them, as well as hanging out and going to get fast food on occasion with them and Ben's "girlfriend." (Since they work together they won't admit it) While they have been gone I have been watching Anime DVD's and movies. I'm glad Anthony is letting me borrow his "extra" DVD player. Well I'm off to fix some dinner. It'll be hot dogs provided by Sarah because it was surplus from her birthday party, and she needed to make room for all the food from the old fridge. I have some burgers in the freezer from her as well that I will grill up once I run out of hot dogs. :>
