My cousin died this week and Boo has really been a blessing service dog! Here he is helping lessen my panic attack feelings.

Oh. Well. Never mind. Livejournal won't let me add a picture from my phone or mom's iPad, or google+ or a link.

Yeah. I wasn't sure how to explain it, but with him I don't have a full panic attack. He derails it before it gets full blown.

Yes, but I've always had anxiety. I believe 99% of my bad decisions I wouldn't have made if I hadn't been in pain or having anxiety.

It's very hard to make decisions when you are in pain or suffering from anxiety :(

Thank you. It was tough there for a while because it took 10 months living in Ga to get my meds back where they were in Ks when they were working. I hope to be here more now.
