I apologize if this is a weird question.
I am moving into a three bedroom house, with an attic and cement basement, that is probably 1000 square-feet. It doesn't have storm-windows, and doesn't look like much insulation in the attic. This makes me worried about the gas it will take to keep the house warm during the winter. Can anyone estimate the cost based on past experience?
Also, is there any chance of a rental company installing storm-windows?
