nail/hair salons
What are the best (read: clean and sanitary and pleasant to attend ) nail salons in the KC area? I live in Blue Springs but do not mind a little drive every couple of weeks for some good service. I don't even know if there is such a thing as an edgy/stylish nail salon (especially in KC,) but if there was, I would like to get my nails done there. Also I am a high school student with a part time job who IS willing to splurge but is not made of money. Really I just want somewhere that's clean and fun, but like I said, it would be nice if it were stylish and not too expensive... hahaha.
Also, I've been going to the same hairstylist for years and while she is technically a very good and skilled hair-cutting machine, her style is a little bit, um... dated? It isn't urgent, but I'd like to get a haircut before school is over. If there are any hair salons and/or specific stylists you can recommend with the aforementioned qualities, I would appreciate it.
