WANTED:
A trustworthy individual who knows the area we want to move to well, to act as our agent to assist us in finding a home in KC. You have free time during both regular business hours and some weekends, reliable transportation, a cell phone, and regular email access. Your duties would consist of being our eyes at various rental units. You would likely be on the phone with us while you tour. You should have a good eye for details. You would primarily be working in late May, early June.
We would provide you with compensation for your time in the amount of $15 per property you see, with a minumum of $100 being paid to you in total. So, if you saw 5 properties for us, you would recieve $100. If you saw 10 properties for us, you would receive $150.
What we're looking for:
A 2 BR home or apartment in Waldo or Westport (or similar neighborhood near this area). We have 2 cats (both under 10 lbs and altered). Desired amenities: dishwasher, central heat and air, washer and dryer in unit or hook-ups for such. Wish: a garage or shed.
Rent range: $550-$800
Move Date: We plan to move in Late July from Charleston, SC.
