I like Pediatric Associates in Lee's Summit. http://www.pedsassoc.com/index.cfm I use Michael Kasper. He's easy going and tells me like it is. He never pushed formula even though my kids were on the small side. He suggested rice cereal at 4 months but didn't push it, and when I told him that I wasn't going to feed my boys rice cereal, he was supportive. In the end, though, a pediatrician can't make your baby eat solids, or use formula, it's all up to you and I felt like Dr. Kasper was supportive in how I wanted to raise my children. I wouldn't rely on your pediatrician to solve supply issues (and really, don't assume that you will have supply problems), I would use LLL or a lactation consultant for that ( ... )
