(no subject)
Anyone know what is going on with Time Warner Cable? My cable suddenly shut off, came back on and now gives me only a message about how my box is not authorized and to call customer service.
Which has been a busy signal for twelve hours.
Anyone know what's going on?
Edit: I finally got through to TWC just now. They said the issue was an update gone snafu and to fix the problem, unplug the box from the power source, count to 100, and then plug back in. This forces a reboot and fixes the problem.
