Employment and Haircuts
Two questions -
1. Anyone know of an open position at a warehouse in Lee's Summit, Blue Springs or Independence? We would prefer something that is eligible for health care benefits, but what is most important is that the person seeking employment is deaf. He cannot read lips or vocalize at all, so the hiring manager would need to be comfortable with that and willing to be patient at the beginning during the learning phase. This person picks up on things quickly and is a very dedicated hard-worker. Unfortunately, once most people learn that he is deaf they don't want to spend any more time finding out about him. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
2. What are some businesses on the Missouri side that specialize in haircuts for kids? More specifically, babies?
