Just a heads up . . .
If anyone in the area needs their wisdom teeth pulled and either gets a recommendation for or is considering seeing Dr. Harold Krueger in Overland Park, please do NOT go there. I had my teeth out Monday, and I have nerve pain. I have called the office numerous times asking what to do and no one gets back to me. When they do I am at work, and it seems like it is against their policy to leave messages. I am have been taking pain pills for the nerve pain since I don't know what else to do, and of course, I will have a problem if I need to get them refilled and no one there will talk to me. Not to mention that when they get back to me, it's usually the next day or the one after. A customer's post-op concerns clearly does not even seem like a priority to them. They did not even tell me what how they removed the teeth, i.e. if they had to break one. They basically told me it was done, which makes me wonder if they did something to cause this nerve pain and are not telling me. Just please, please, DON'T go there. I can only hope that no one else has to go through this aggravation.
