I'm going to Kansas City this weekend and have booked a hotel near Central Avenue..I heard after that this is a bad part of town. it's near Quindaro, I guess? I heard that was bad, too? I've never been there..is this just talk, or should I find a different place to stay.

I was going to the Aid For Women center to talk about my choices for an unplanned pregnancy. I chose that place because it was the cheapest and closest. Now, I'm reconsidering that I found out where it was and how the surroundings were..

Thank you for the suggestion! The PP was very helpful, they actually are helping with funding. Instead of hundreds of dollars, they're helping me so only have to pay $150. They were really nice, too. I'm so greatful for suggestions of Planned Parenthood and how much better they would be for me. As soon as I'm doing well, I'm going to donate some money back so another girl can be helped like this. =)
