Pediatrician Recommendations

Are there any pediatricians in Independence, near the old MCI hospital or the new Centerpoint hospital that are more modern in their approach? By modern, I mean they promote extended BFing, they might possibly delay vaccinations, they won't push rice cereal on me, etc. Short waiting times and non-office hour procedures are a bonus but I'm more focused on the approach.

We currently see someone in Lees Summit that I like but I need something closer to my house.
