So...the original main cast from ATLA are dead. Well, that's sad. I guess they were worried about not having enough time for them and wanted to quell any questions about what they're up to before they're asked. Aw, well. More time for Korra and the plot I guess.
Oddly enough I'm not having the extreme kind of reaction other folks seem to be having. I still hold onto my head canon that everyone outlived Aang, they just died before the new series started. -shrugs-
