I don't like the new My Little Pony. Not the show in and of itself. I'm happy it exists. I'm all for there being more programs for girl audiences.
However I would like to note why I'm not interested in watching the show: I'm an adult. That and I don't have any nostalgia for the old MLP show or even for MLP in general. I had MLP toys, but they were just horse shaped toys to me. The fact that they were My Little Ponies wasn't very significant.
The explosive popularity of the new MLP with the older crowd kind of baffles me honestly. Not that you should be shamed for liking a show aimed at young children, but I personally just don't see it.
Although I will judge you if you express desire to wear MLP undies and complain that they only make such things in toddler size.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I buy toys for myself. I get wanting merch. But if they came out with A:TLA undies I wouldn't want them! Maybe that's just a me thing, but I can't help finding grown ups wanting to wear ponies on their butts extremely creepy!
