Okay, I haven't caught any new episodes of Young Justice due to the fact that...I have better things to do with my times, but I do cruise the fanart every now and again. I made the fatal mistake of scrolling down and reading the comments to one...

WHAT? So we can accept a made up society that have guys with octopi for heads, but we can't accept that the more human shaped ones would have varying skin colors? WELL NO ONE IS ACTUALLY BORN WITH DARK SKIN! THAT'S JUST STUPID!
Actually that's something that's always kinda bugged. Whenever someone makes up an alien planet or something everyone on the planet looks the same, but if someone looks different they're usually a completely different species. That doesn't make much sense to me. There's also usually a monoculture which unless the planet isn't very populated doesn't sit well with me.
