Feelin Good!
I have had an excellent night. Yes, its been one of those nights when everything just goes right. Everything just seems to fall into place and its all good. These times are hard to come by, but they're so awesome when its happening. Man, the last one I remember was one night when Jess and I started hanging out with our Boys. She had her van, I think it was the first time we all got drunk together...but she wasnt drinking of course. Anyway, it was an excellent night as well...
Oh yea, there I went off on a tangent. Back to what happened tonight...
I went to Jims house(oh yes, thats right, my new boyfriend. Boyfriend! Can you believe it?) and hung out there for a bit. Then my new man and I went to Beavers. James and Beaver's brother were there too and they taught me how to play 13's. Its a great game, like Hearts I think, but you bet on the tricks....Anyway it was a really good time. I tried some dip...yea, pretty gross, but whatever. I have sleazy moments, just like everyone else. It was really cool hanging out with Jim, and the boys too, and the night was lookin good. Anyway, cards was really fun and then around quarter after 10 I headed home. I was supposed to be back at 10 but my parents didnt even care! It was great, everything was still going amazingly. And I even had a really nice drive home on the backroads.
So I got home and my cats freaking out in the kitchen. He gets really weird at night right, he goes insane. All of a sudden a brilliant thought occured to me. Three words: "CHICKEN BOUNCY BALL!"
I got it from the dollar store the other day. Its magnifecent! Thats right, it is magnifecent! Theres a little white hen in it surrounded by sparkly flakes of...I dont know what. Its beautiful. But tonight everything is beautiful, because everythings going right. So I threw it for the dumb cat and he absolutely loved it. He was just crouching there with his tail going, getting ready to pounce. I stood there for a few moments. Just watching him. After a moment, I said to the him: "Whoa Cat, you're fuuuuuucked". And he just looked at me. I found chocolate mint fudge covered Oreos and poured a mug of skim milk to go with them. It was soooooo good. Everything was good!
Crazy Cat. It was really enjoyable though, because my night had been so great and I was feelin good, just like I am right now, and everything, like I said before, was going right. Again, one of those rare moments right.
Tonight I experienced one of those times where everything is beautiful, the sun is shining in the sky, the dew on the flowers is sparkling in the morning rays of light, the birds are singing in the trees and your just happy to be alive!.....
Except its the middle of winter, its 10:30 out, and there aren't any birds awake. Whatever, it was the same kind of mood. You know what Im saying.
But the question is: Why am I so happy? What ever in the world makes someone feel this way? Makes you feel like you're on top of the world and that everything is right in life?! Why, it could only be that one thing that every person longs for!...
