It comes complete with the CD, lyrics booklet, case, a "wide cap" Vampire Knight sticker, and a sticker drawn by Kanon Wakeshima herself:
-I can also include a flyer of your choice (I don't have many, but just ask).
-Shipping will only be within the United States (sorry overseas fans!)
-Paypal only
-The cost will be $10 plus $3 for shipping.
