[Ever since Minato came to this world, to this Konoha that is not Konoha, he's been waiting for the other shoe to drop. It had been too peaceful, and as beautiful as this place is, there's a battle-tactical skepticism within him that says that this place is no paradise. Only a new, fertile soil for war.
It seems he's right. With the appearance of Pain, Akatsuki is a danger they can no longer observe from afar. They have to take active measures now.
