Initially flattering, he does so wish those words hadn't led to this hell-hike. Insects he can't swat, branches smacking his face and the stripper-caveman at his rear with a case of the mute. Only woodpeckers and the sound of leaves cuddling neighboring leaves to fill his ears. On the bright side, it's something of a challenge to memorize a path while almost completely stripped of sensory input.

Still, why is he gagged and blinded? The former may have some appeal to his guard-sir, but he's seen L's name. He's seen everyone's li'l label actually, as L should have expected according to that bedtime story Mihael offered. This trip probably has something to do with sentencing him, a makeshift justice system in which L will, for once, be held accountable as the judge. Might be worth all the fuss.

And if they sentence him to death...

But according the blond, the times from which they were pulled here differ, so couldn't he simply deny its happening in his reality? Ah, but that would be denying all that effort- and he's certainly confirmed his part in the murders vaguely. That wouldn't hold up in court. B grins faintly. Regardless, this is L... It wouldn't be surprising if, at the sick man's order, Mihael presses the barrel to his scalp and pulls.
