[LOG] A Hunting We Will Go~

Where: Just before the base of Raisato's mountain → the base of the mountain → WILD KANNAGARA!!!!
When: Week 5, Day 4 - starting likely just before or around noon
Rating: G for now, but ideally PG-13+
Warnings: Probably blood, guts, gore, animal death, and a bit of violence and derp~
NOTES: Once again, we'll be doing this thing in a not-quite-standard threading format. Please bear with us as this is highly experimental! Two teams will be involved in this log; the log will break down into individual / separate comment threads for the teams once the teams are decided upon prior to reaching the base of the mountain and we'll go from there! These notes may be updated in the future a few times.
[ Valeria lifts her eyes from the bridge down which her worn black boots are made to carry her unceremoniously. It's a beautiful day in Kannagara and the mountain itself seems sound and agreeable. Part of her wonders how Miharu, being as small and skinny as he is, and Yoite, being as small and skinny as he is, didn't blow away the day prior when they had ascended the mountain to reach the village located upon its summit, but these are thoughts she pushes aside along with many far weightier ones with a seemingly effortless smile as worry, no matter how well founded, is something she must not show at this critical junction.
There are six new reasons behind her, not to mention a staunch seventh, as to why she must keep herself in check, so keep herself in check she does. Balthier will be fine keeping vigil over the Strahl. Bored, but fine, and should trouble find him, he will no doubt out fly it. Still, it's strange being away from him like th -- right. Keeping herself in check. Focus!
Turning on her heel, she walks backwards as she observes the party, thankful for the proper vertical stretch upon which they walk, even if it is descending. Not that that's much of a challenge for a Turk, but -- ]
Seeing how we're almost at the base of the mountain, it would probably be a good idea to pick which team you want to go with now. As discussed earlier, you have two teams to choose from -- Raikou's team and my team.
[ She nods to Raikou, pushing a few stray strands of black behind her ear with a gloved hand as she does, and looks between the members of their motley crew. There's no point in rushing it or drowning them in professional sobriety. They'll meet the Turk soon enough, if they haven't at least seen glimpses already; and so, that smile of hers is halved, the second half assuming the form of a casual half-grin. ]
So have at it! We'll be at the base of the mountain in ten minutes. From there, we divide, conquer, and hopefully return with an ample supply of meat.
