[Iruka always dedicated the first hour of his classes to review back home and it wasn't very different here. After he dismissed Akira the previous day, he had illustrated the shinobi chakra structure on the board, precise and practiced after years of repeatedly drawing the same diagram over and over again.
His plan for that day included covering Sandaime's history and wisdom, a new chapter. However, Akira's wasn't as focused. And Iruka didn't blame him. Naruto was gone, Kakashi was gone, in fact half the village was gone. His concern didn't stop there however and Iruka's gaze often lingered on the dark circles that were steadily becoming more prominent with each day.
And the pale complexion.
Iruka had hoped for some improvement because Akira was a very responsible student, one who was dedicated and very focused when working, exerting steady effort to achieve perfection ...
No matter. Iruka would let things slide for now. It was a good decision to revise chakra control that day.]
We'll revise Chakra today, Akira. I've explained to you before that chakra comes from two places. Do you remember them?
