It's been a slow day, so far. People walk by where he's spread out his wares as temptingly as he knows how and he's gotten a few curious glances, but nothing more than that.
He sighs, slumping back a little deeper in the shade he's found--he'd known this was going to be hard when he started, but days like this were downright discouraging.
Leaning forward, he starts rearranging things a little, still hoping to tempt at least one person before he gives up for the day.
