[Log: Week 29, Day 3, Noon-ish] Happy Birthday, Raikou!

Summary: Gau throws a little birthday lunch for his partner! :D

The bakery is decked out with some colorful balloons and streamers, in a variety of clashing colors that just scream 'Raikou' to anyone who knows his... special fashion sense. The shop is full of the scents of food, perhaps with a little more savory tossed in than usual. After all, Gau has grilled quite a bit of meat to offer as part of the lunch, along with fresh-baked bread, side dishes of various types, and sweet treats from Raikou's favorite honey-cakes to Gau's famous vanilla-strawberry cake and any number of tarts.
While the bakery usually only holds a few small tables for customers, Gau has filled the space a little more with extra chairs and a buffet table, all things borrowed from friends in the area. Everything is in order for when the guests begin to arrive, and he's pretty sure his regular customers won't mind too much his taking over the space, really.
After all, birthdays only come once a... sort of year.
