[Waking up to no fresh scents of breakfast already ready was not a common thing - usually Seaweed-head had their food prepared and left warming before he went into work so that her manservant and the rest of them had a proper meal.
So why, when her stomach was demanding rather loudly to be fed, did he have to choose today to be even more of a useless servant than usual?
She gave a bit of a huff as she tossed the blanket aside and slipped out of the bed, spared a moment to get dressed, then swept out of her room to make a beeline to the kitchen. The place looked as pristine as usual, no ready-made food in sight, so she sighed and hopped up to sit on the counter, crossed her legs, and began to kick her heel impatiently off the cabinet door as she reached for an apple.
It couldn't be that hard to wait for that stupid Seaweed-head to wake up.]
