[Week 19, days 4-7] Respite in Mizusato

Summary: After the failed attempt at rescuing Lelouch, everyone involved is invited to regroup in Mizusato, hospitality volunteered by Raikou courtesy of Gau and his NPC friends.
[It's a ridiculously lovely afternoon, considering everything that's happening in the world, as if the weather is aggressively denying anything could be wrong. On the sunny beach in Mizusato, near one of the bigger pools of water, there's a flurry of activity... and also a strange unearthly calm over the affair.
The calm feeling can be traced to a short, slender teenager who is moving through the proceedings with a confidence to his movements, dressed in a sweater vest over a short-sleeved button-up, hakama, and a sword belt holding a katana and two small charms: one a simple white satchet and the other a higanbana flower.
The boy stands and surveys the scene approvingly, everything set up just as he envisioned it, four small tents for sleeping (each with eight bedrolls waiting), one small tent for medical use, and a larger one set up as a mess hall and meeting place.
There's already food cooking, and the doctor from Mizusato (who has quite the sweet teeth, Gau has learned) is already treated the wounded... including Raikou, who is unconscious but has of course gotten excellent care.
The master of house (or cave, as it were) is therefore Gau, and he moves through his domain, checking to be sure that everyone is settled and being taken care of, doing what he can to soothe the aftermath of the trauma.]
OOC NOTE: Anyone within the camp can generally be assumed to be within the reach of Gau's power - which means that unless he loses his temper, everyone else will be forced into a calm state. If you want to write anything involving freaking out or fighting, please keep this in mind, though you are free to step away from the camp or say Gau has stepped away if you NEED to have your character emote in a certain way.
