This is Rokujou Miharu from Nabari No Ou, Yoite's other half or something like that, in a non-romantic sense, here to patch little Yoite up, and he's a seemingly indifferent, adorable little devil. There's no way to troll this guy, because he'll troll right back, with a deadpan. Unless he decides to go all blushy and vulnerable on you for the hell of it.
