HAY U GUIS.
Sometime in June or July (not over Memorial Day or the Fourth of July, because my family will be invading the house then), I am opening up my shore house for approximately a week for KANNAGARACON 2: ELECTRIC BOOGALOO, THE JERSEY SHORE EDITION.
The house is a two-story Cape Cod in Wildwood, NJ. With four bedrooms and a sofa that is great for napping on, it can comfortably fit nine people, so space is not an issue. The house is in the Crest on the bay side, meaning that it is a five-block walk to the beach. There is plenty to do there, including beach-bumming: there's the boardwalk and water park, mini-golf, a few nice restaurants, even tennis courts close by for anyone who would want to play. (The one downside is that there is no internet at the house, and even attempting to leech it from my neighbors as infrequently as I do is kinda balls, so that's something to consider if you cannot bear to be parted from the internet for a few days.)
(ETA: Atlantic City is about 50 minutes from Wildwood, so anyone who was flying in or taking the bus/train could be picked up from there.)
It's still a long ways off, so I am mostly just posting this now to gauge interest in a summer get-together, since Kuri's winter gathering was a lot of fun.
